Ground floor with living room, kitchen and bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with space for 8 people. Bathroom with shower and washer and dryer and shoe dryer. Exit to large terrace facing south.

Upper floor with four bedrooms and bathroom with shower. Bedroom 1 has a double bed 160 cm. Bedroom has a double bed 140 cm. Bedroom 3 has a single bed 80 cm. Bedroom 4 has a single bed 90 cm. Extra mattresses are available in bedrooms 3 and 4. On the upper floor there is also a sofa bed 150 cm. Blackout drapes / curtains are available in all rooms.

Duvets and pillows are provided in the beds. You bring your own bed linen and towels.

WiFi is available to borrow. TV is available in living room, living room upper floor and in 3 bedrooms.

The house has a garden with two patios. Back patio

has a south facing position and dining area for 8-10 people, with infrared heating and gas grill. The front patio has evening sun with seating for 5 people.

The garden adjoins the school area with large grass / play areas and artificial turf.

The house is located in a quiet, child-friendly and wooded semi-detached / chain house area.

10 minutes walk to Stenhagen center with ICA Maxi, Willys, Systembolaget. 25 min by bike or by city bus no. 5 to Uppsala center (distance to stop 50 meters).

3 adult bikes are available for loan, by arrangement.

Carport and driveway at the house with the possibility to park two cars.

The house is animal and smoke free. Pets are welcome by arrangement.

Leave the house and garden in the condition they were in when you arrived. The person who rents is responsible for cleaning, it is possible to pay for home cleaning.

We are flexible with moving-in dates.
